Opis Stanowiska:

For our Client - international BPO Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Accountant / Senior Accountant Spanish Speaker

Transition phase:

• Develop an understanding of the current state processes
• Perform AP/AR/GL daily tasks on site
• Prepare process maps and desktop procedures
• Conduct successful knowledge transfer within the AP/AR/GL areas
• Establish very good relationship with the client
• Identify potential quick improvements within the processes

Delivery phase:

• Maintain AP/AR/GL scope as described above
• Responsibility for delivery agreed scope of work
• Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
• Support Team Leader

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

• University degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics preferred
• Minimum 1,5 year of experience in accountancy in one of: AP/AR/GL area
• Very good Spanish skills and good English skills are required
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to enhance process and controls
• Very good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Transition experience will be an advantage
