Opis Stanowiska:

• supporting off the self mainly Microsoft software, password resets, user account creation,
• basic application functionality support, remote control for software deployment and incident isolation.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

• Experience in working in a Help Desk environment for external/ internal customers and users
• Fluent knowledge of English and one of languages: Spanish/ Portuguese/ Dutch
• Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• High level of teamwork and communication
• Ability and willingness to work/cover various shifts and overtime
