Opis Stanowiska:
- As a person hire on this position you will be responsible for supporting, advising and solving IT problems of clients.
- You will be providing second-line investigation and diagnostics.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- at least 2 years of professional experience supporting IT end users (internal or external) in Call Center environment or internal IT Support Department
- experience in solving IT problems e.g. password/log in issues, network connectivity, VPN Connection issues, printing problems and basic hardware issues
- very good knowledge of English and one of the following language: German, Japanese, Italian
- excellent Customer Service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
