Opis Stanowiska:

  • Accounting, Audit, Tax /Ensure timely monthly management reporting to both Group CFO and local CEO
  • Ensure timely annual and quarterly consolidation of balance sheets, P/L, etc.
  • Ensure local tax compliance in 6 local companies/
  • Policy & Strategy Development /Contribute towards the development and formulation of local financial policy & strategy in line with Group, ensuring it is implemented consistently across 6 companies/
  • Strategic and Operating Planning / Controlling /Manage and co-ordinate the annual budgeting process of 6 local companies
  • Perform analysis of actual vs. budget and report variations directly to local CEO and Group CFO/
  • System Development & Effective Operation /Operate and control the financial background of the payroll system, the controlling, finance, establish management, IT management and accounting processes and systems using Axapta and other IT systems (e.g. Business Objects, SAP BCP)/
  • Financing and finance risk management /Manage and ensure short–term and long-term financing (short-term cash managements, working capital loans, leasing, banking and insurance guarantees, etc.)
  • Manage financial risk (e.g. counterparty risks, forex risks, interest rate risks, commodity)/
  • Staff Training & Technical Expertise Development /Identify the training needs
  • Ensuring that training and coaching is provided/
The main goal on this position is to contribute to development of local financial policy & strategy. Ensure that the accounting, tax, controlling, financial planning and analysis, working capital and long-term financing, and finance IT system management processes are consistently implemented across the Group.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • University degree in Finance and/or Economics,
  • 5 years of experience in a local or multinational company financial environment,
  • Active working experience with Axapta, Business Objects, etc. (or any other ERP systems),
  • Practical knowledge of IFRS and Polish GAAP,
  • Practical knowledge and experience in local taxes (VAT, CIT, ZUS, etc.),
  • ACCA will be an asset,
  • Fluent verbal and written Polish and English,
  • Result Orientation,
