Opis Stanowiska:

On behalf of our client, internationally recognized company, we are currently looking for candidates willing to develop professionally as Contact Centre Specialists with French language.

Successful candidate will be working as a part of a team responsible for contacting clients from France via phone/e-mail, analyzing and confirming banking transactions, checking and correcting mistakes with payments, working with multiple system and database, maintaining high quality of data and building successful relations with international clients.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in French and have good working knowledge of English. Candidates need to have strong client-facing skills, analytical thinking, multitasking and ability to work as a team members. Previous experience in banking or financial sector would be a strong advantage. Knowledge of MS Office, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to be successful for this position.
