Contact Centre Supervisor (German & English Speaker)
Opis Stanowiska:
- Leading and motivating and developing Customer Care Team
- Ensuring that the highest levels of external customer service is achieved by all team members
- Training and coach the customer care team.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- University Degree
- Min. 1 year of experience in leading a team and 2 years of experience in customer service (experience in travel industry would be an asset)
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of CRS (Sabre Merlin or TOMA) or GDS (Sabre or Amadeus) would be an asset
- Focusing on Clients needs
- Very strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines with a positive can-do attitude.
