Customer Care Agent with Bulgarian/ Romanian

On behalf of our Client, an international production company based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Customer Care Agents with Romanian or Bulgarian.

Your responsibilities as Customer Care Agent will include: providing excellent service to customers by email and phone. You make contact with customers in a proactive and friendly way in order to recognize and fulfill their needs. The successful Candidate will act as the first point of contact for corporate clients and answer their queries, therefore he/she needs to acquire in-depth knowledge about company’s products and services. The majority of queries are connected with order management and delivery issues.

We are looking for a Candidate with:
- Excellent Romanian/ Bulgarian skills (min. C1 level)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Focused on providing excellent customer service;
- Previous experience with SAP system is obligatory;
- Previous experience in Customer Service/ Order Management/ Accountancy/ Data Analysis will be a strong asset;
