On behalf of our Client, an international production company based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Customer Care Agent with Czech, Slovakian, Italian or Romanian.
Your responsibilities as Customer Care Agent will include: providing excellent service to customers by email, phone and social networks. You make contact with customers in a proactive and friendly way in order to recognize and fulfill their needs. The successful Candidate will act as the first point of contact for individual customers and answer their queries, therefore he/she needs to acquire in-depth knowledge about company’s products and services.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
- Excellent Czech, Slovakian, Italian or Romanian skills (min. C1 level)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Focused on providing excellent customer service
- First experience in Customer Service/ IT support will be a strong asset;
