Opis Stanowiska:

Do you know German very well?
Have you got experience in customer service?

Your key responsibilities will be:

• managing customer activation process, ongoing support around customer service levels, customer contract renewals, customer billing, and providing training on the company services.
• understanding the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where the company services fit their ongoing business strategy.

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

• excellent written and spoken German
• excellent written and spoken English
• at least 1 year of strong experience in customer service in international environment
• experience in technology company or interest in IT (experience in IT companies is very welcomed)
• ability to work well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
• ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of company's products and services
• ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
