Opis Stanowiska:

  • Ensure that the evaluations are compatible with internationally-accepted norms in the field of evaluation, while taking full account of the specifics of the Bank
  • Ensure that all reports are impartial and of a high quality, and reflect, as necessary, divergent views held by other EIB directorates
  • When justified, manage consultants, contribute to effective teamwork and prepare written reports


Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

  • Contribute to the assessment (task attributed to EV) of the new value-added methodology
  • Follow the Bank’s activities in the areas related to EV work and to the specific evaluations for which he/she is responsible
  • Actively participate in internal Bank working groups, where EV representation is required
  • Represent the Bank in external evaluation matters (Multilateral financial institutions, EC Commission, etc.)
The Business/Data Analyst works independently, seeking guidance on more complex issues from the Head of Division and senior members of the team.

Mile widziane:

  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with attention to necessary detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Considerable organisational and planning skills necessary in order to manage complex tasks, and work with and supervise teams
  • Strong ethics, flexibility and perseverance are essential

Oferujemy:

  • University education, preferably with studies oriented towards economics, finance or engineering
  • 5 years of professional experience in project analysis and financing
  • Experience in ex-post evaluation will be appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge of English or French and a good command of the other. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage
