Opis Stanowiska:
- Implementing and maintaining the appropriate system automations to support the efficient execution of our HR processes.
- Designing and test the system components, working in close cooperation with our HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and our Information Systems (IS) department.
- Designing end-user system training materials and deliver trainings.Help resolving escalated support requests by providing expert advice.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- University degree in a scientific or economical discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
- Good systems knowledge. SAP Learning Solution (LSO) is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience demonstrating superior business analysis capabilities.
- Practice in system implementation is an advantage.
- Very good command of English language.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
