Opis Stanowiska:

Do you know French or German very well?
Do you want to learn new skills and gain valuable, strong experience?

Your key responsibilities will be:

• servicing existing clients on the phone
• searching information about development of IT field
• close cooperation with sales department
• cooperation with marketing department

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

• excellent written and spoken French or German
• very good written and spoken English
• experience in customer service is an advantage
• experience or interest in IT field (Internet technologies etc.)
• ability to encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand use of company's products and services
• ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
