Opis Stanowiska:

supporting international clients in technical problems with applications, - remote connectivity
providing investigation and diagnostics
resolve password/log in issues, VPN connection and printing problems as well as hardware issues

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

2 years of Help Desk experience for external customers or internal end users
Very good knowledge of Windows 2003 or 2008 server
experience in solving software and hardware basic problems
very good knowledge of English and one of the following languages: French, Chinese or Swedish
listening and communication skills
