Opis Stanowiska:
- supporting international clients in technical problems with applications,
- remote connectivity
- providing investigation and diagnostics
- resolve password/log in issues, VPN connection and printing problems as well as hardware issues
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- 2 years of Help Desk experience for external customers or internal end users
- Very good knowledge of Windows 2003 or 2008 server
- experience in solving software and hardware basic problems
- very good knowledge of English and one of the following languages: French, Chinese or Swedish
- listening and communication skills
