Our Client, global production company due to the development is looking for best Candidates for the position of Operations Director

Major tasks will include:

• Ensure and develop leadership in technology as well as leverage in group resource including best practise in line with company strategy
• Ensure the optimal maintenance and technical equipment according to financial situation and the demands of our customer
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Development, good performance and well organisation of the Eastern European company entities
• Leadership for the whole organisation and ensure a culture along the company goals and values. Give support, guidance and responsibility in the right amount to the managers
• Develop high potentials and future leaders and ensure the best working environment

Od kandydatów oczekujemy:

• Higher degree (technical or management area)
• Extensive managerial experience within the international production (asset) environment
• Good time management
• Fluency in English and German (asset)
• Ability to obtain information and create logical explanations
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of MS office/outlook programs and advanced Excel skills
• Experience of ERP systems
