Opis Stanowiska:
- supporting, advising and solving IT problems of clients
- providing firs or second-line investigation and diagnostics.
Od kandydatów oczekujemy:
- at least 1 year of professional experience supporting IT end users (internal or external) or internal IT Support Department/ or very wide interest and knowledge about IT field
- knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 environment, Active Directory experience
- experience in solving IT problems e.g. password/log in issues, network connectivity, VPN Connection issues, printing problems and basic hardware issues
- good knowledge of English and one of the following language: German, Japanese, Italian,Spanish, French, Chinese, Portuguese,Swedish, Dutch
- excellent Customer Service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
