For our Client, we are looking for: Transition Coordinator
Successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting the transition of Finance activities to Shared Service Centre in Poland, designing and updating transition methodology and supporting tools (determining the appropriate program structure for each transition). You will manage day to day Transition project communication within all stake holders, produce relevant reports and drive change management and risk assessment. Additionally as a Transition Coordinator you will act as the central liaison for all transition activities and review project proposals.
A perfect Candidate must have a relevant experience in BPO/SSC in designing and transitioning processes to a shared service function as well as good understanding of accounting processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash). We are looking for a Candidate, who is fluent in English (both spoken and written). Successful Candidate should be proactive, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills.

Offered salary amounts to 13 000 gross (depends on the level of candidates’ professional experience) After successful transition process, Transition Coordinator will take over the role of Service Delivery Manager.
