Responsibilities:

Fulfill requests from the consulting ecosystem including addressing questions, updating systems, and resolving issues
Co-ownership of supporting new hire programs, tools & communications
Ensure customer and deployment data is accurate and up-to-date
Define, document and maintain business processes, requirements, and policies
Support operations related initiatives identified by the Professional Services management team
Identify opportunities for business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate
Provide project and monthly metrics coordination and support
Be a point of contact for internal teams, partners and customers

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication with advanced English skills
Must work well within and across teams
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail oriented, analytical mindset
Focus on high volume of data with the ability to filter information correctly
Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in services, services operations, data analysis or data management preferred
Experience with Salesforce
