AR Team Leader with German (m/f)

For our Client, international well-known organization, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of:

AR Team Leader with German (m/f)

Place of work: Wrocław 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in leadership and customer meetings or calls;
• Scheduling, administrating, and monitoring the day-to-day activities of your team;
• Ensuring process documentations are reviewed and updated on a regular basis
• Reviewing work product and deliverables (including KPI, SLA reporting) as necessary to ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met;
• Training, developing and motivating team members, providing guidance, direction and evaluation;
• Participating in service transition and transformation projects as needed;
• Implementing improvements for operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, and customer service;
• Serving as the escalation point for functional issues, working with Managers, Customers;
• Participating in the staff recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting or Finance;
• Min. 1 year of team leading or supervisory experience;
• Very good command of German and English languages;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Good organization and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency with any finance ERPs.
