We are looking for a candidate for the position of Automotive Team Leader with C/C++

Our client is a German international software house

 

Project: German software house - project in the area of automotive security

Project’s status: mainly development of new features

Location: 100% remote or Warsaw / Gdańsk / Łódź / Bydgoszcz

Technology stack: Linux, embedded systems, C, C++, RTOS, Python, Git

Rate:

1.) B2B up to 41 USD/hour net+VAT

2.) UoP up to 30 000 PLN gross.

*(payment in USD or PLN - it’s up to you)

Employment: B2B (with paid holidays and sick days) or UoP, full-time, long-term, signed directly with our client

Methodology: Scrum, ASPICE

Start: ASAP (candidates with max 1 month notice period are preferred but 3 months will be also accepted)

 

Zakres obowiązków / Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Building a successful team from scratch (including Interviewing candidates, guiding them, assure they have everything they need to work),
  • Assuring the communication with customers,
  • Being responsible for delivering customer goals,
  • Assuring the delivery process, quality of the code, and performance,
  • Identifying technical and organizational issues and solving them,
  • Being a technical lead in the beginning, and one of the lead technicians afterwards.
Oczekujemy/ We expect

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in design and programming embedded systems with C/C++ languages
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience
  • Experience with Linux systems
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills



Nice to have:

  • Experience in automotive
  • Experience in cyber-security and networking
