Customer Service Specialist with Dutch (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming phone calls and e-mails from foreign customers;
• Ensuring a high standard of customer services;
• Analyzing technical issues related to computer usage;
• Cooperating with other departments.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Dutch(min. B2);
• Good command of English; 
• Well-developed communication skills;
• Knowledge of the MS Office software.
