Customer Support Specialist

Your role:
• Contact with customers for all aspects concerning the engine agreements and setup of basic customer data in the system.
• Setup of engine shop visit related data, as well as preparation and release of engine shop visits.
• Coordination of the engine’s forecast, induction process, as well as reporting and invoice process.
• Coordination of improvements and costs saving measures with the customer, or any warranty claims.
• Coordination of KPI reporting and any necessary follow-up action.
• Coordination of customer meetings and maintenance of excellent customer relationships ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• General support and coordination of new projects.

Your profile:
• At least two years of experience in a similar position in the customer service department of a manufacturing company (preferably aviation or automotive).
• Master’s degree in Aviation technology, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English (C1).
• Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office.
• Work experience in maintenance or production of aviation products would be an asset.
• Willingness for business trips in Poland and abroad.
