HR mobility branch assistant

You are going to be responsible for, inter alia:

 

• for documentation for all categories of Visa and Immigration both for Inbound and outbound travels to and from Poland
• Work closely with business in finalizing the travel requests and help choose right resource under right category of visa
• Coordination with the CBTS and/or Global Mobility team at host countries and handling mobility / business travel related activities
• Responsible for generating ad-hoc reporting for the areas/service line responsible
• Counselling of transferring and repatriating employees on all aspects of their expatriate benefits
• Review allowances for mobility payroll for all levels of employees and liaising with CBTS, Host Mobility Operations Team, and Compensation & Benefits team
