IT Operations Manager with German (m/f/d)

For our Client, international well-known organization, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of:

IT Operations Manager with German (m/f/d)

Place of work: Berlin

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and improving the business processes within an organisation for optimization;
  • Anchors the key internal and external governance meetings, monitors adherence within engagement in order to sustain delivery predictability
  • Conducts periodic reviews with ops managers and drives corrective action;
  • Co-ordinates resource deployment across all processes for the engagement (team size, span, shift utilization, skill sets, technology rollout) in order to ensure budget & pricing assumptions compliance;
  • Creates the scorecard for the engagement and ensure flow down for the team, in order to align the team with the engagement objectives;
  • Reviews and signs off the KM methodology in order to build effective knowledge repository for the engagement.
  • Discuss and plan for foray into new services in order to meet business objectives and generate additional revenue;
  • Validates and prepares business case for identified opportunities
  • Engages with the key client stakeholders on areas of Improvements and commits resources in order to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience, ideally IT Service Desk Experience;
  • Fluent German and English languages;
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor;
  • Output-driven, familiar with an SLA Approach.
  • Able to understand the overall context between Service Center and customer(order), in order to anticipate potential customer needs and coordinate adequate response from management.
