Receivables department is looking for a Junior Credit Controller to learn and grow with us. The position is located in Wroclaw/Nowa Wies Wrocławska.

As a Junior Credit Controller, your main responsibilities are helping Collections Controllers in their various daily tasks such as:

• Contacting customers to ensure on-time payment
• Determine reasons for non-payment and negotiate resolutions with company guidelines
• Close co-operation with Sales and Customer Service network regarding changes in customer behaviour
• Receivables department located in Wroclaw/ Nowa Wies Wrocławska provides Collections Services for Customers located in Emea and Americas and is a part of the Global Finance & Control organization

We require:

• Studies in finance, accounting, languages or equal qualification in accounting operation or customer service, collections, sales
• Proficiency in German and English
• Communication, ccollaboration, influencing and team working skills with flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards changing environment
• Ability and willingness to achieve own and team"s targets and timelines
