Junior Customer Service Representative with German (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• accepting calls from clients and clarifying reported problems;
• classifying requests and proposing solutions at the level of 1st line support;
• keeping records;
• using knowledge bases;
• redirecting queries to relevant departments;
• providing high-level service and building good relations with customers.

We expect:

• very good command of German;
• communicative knowledge of English;
• general computer skills;
• experience in a similar position (as an asset);
• openness and communication skills.
