Office Coordinator with English (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Process management in ERP systems;
  • Preparing reports;
  • Creating purchase requisitions;
  • Ongoing cooperation with other departments and units of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Min. a year of experience in Office Administration or Facility Management area;
  • Very good command of English;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
