• Select the key commercial Partners among consulting companies, IT integrators or digital agencies in collaboration with Business Development Director.
• Recruit new Partners by scheduling meetings and monitor Partner Business
• Enable new partners via onboarding and training for sales, presales and technical with support of the sales team.
• Organize co-selling activities to maximize Partner performance and satisfaction.
• Interact with clients via conference calls, e-mailing, face-to-face meetings and co-selling with Partners.
• Suggest marketing activities to promote the product to customers and prospects of the partners.
• University degree in Sales.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Partner Manager (at a software vendor ideally).
• Excellent commercial acumen coupled with a business development track and/or partner network.
• Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized mindset.
• Highly developed communications skills and impeccable written communication skills in both French and English
• Interesting projects with the possibility of utilizing own ideas and solutions.
• A possibility of language and technical courses, because why not challenge yourself and learn something new?
