People Services Specialist

The People Services Specialist administers the processes and executes administrative tasks required to support the employee lifecycle activities and respond to HR queries. This role contributes to a People Services operation which creates an outstanding employee experience. Take part in a new interesting HR project and cooperate with many countries in Europe and beyond.

 

 

Main responsibilities are:

Workforce Administration:

  • Ensures that the organization’s structure information is accurately represented.
  • Supports the management of the HR system.
  • Utilizes supporting technologies to effectively respond to requests and inquiries.
  • Measures and reports to identify areas of improvement and informs solution recommendations.
  • Creates and promotes informational content that educates and empowers workers.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for the HR team and other business stakeholders.

Onboarding:

  • Supports new employees to have the right tools to be productive.
  • Implements the worker onboarding vision and strategy, focuses on an inclusive and positive worker experience.
  • Assists with implementing new onboarding programmes.
  • Explores, together with Workforce Experience, methods to improve the onboarding process and worker experience.
  • Supports Onboarding policy / process / learning material creation.

 

What we are looking for in you:

In order to be successful in this position you need strong understanding of the full employee life cycle and excellent command of English language. We are looking for a person experienced in HR administration or similar areas ideally in Shared Service Center.
