We pride ourselves on hiring the brightest and best in the field and are looking for talented and passionate people to join our team.   UpperKey is now looking to hire a Remote International Property Manager. This is the ideal position for candidates seeking for an enriching and rewarding experience in the Sales, Management, Real Estate and Hospitality industries.   Your missions: · You will establish and maintain amazing relationships with Property managers, Landlords, Contractors · You will assist in creating the strategy to optimize our service · Appointing and Managing contractors · Ensuring all contractor invoices and utilities are paid promptly · Dealing directly with the Operations department in regards to maintenance problems · Being the first point of contact for our international clientele · Delivering a consistently high level of customer service in an accurate manner · Protecting our assets by recommending works to add value · In charge of basic Accounting · Dealing directly with the HR Manager when staff is needed   The ideal candidate: · Has prior experience in hospitality as a hotel reservations agent, receptionist or similar · Has an exceptional level of written English, other languages are a bonus · Is highly organised with an acute attention to detail (you’ll prove this by mentioning your favorite dessert when you submit your CV) · Is confident and ambitious, a strong communicator and a team player · Is self-motivated and can work efficiently with little supervision · You are keen to join a fast-growing start-up and contribute actively to its success.   Benefits: · Attractive compensation with a possible evolution · Family like environment with highly motivated and driven team · A people-focused company culture · International fast-growing proptech start-up with very diverse and unique culture   Do you think that you match the position?
