Together with the entire sales team, you will help to achieve our goals, develop and support sales processes and act as a bridge between sales and other internal functions.

• are a CRM champion (Hubspot/Salesforce CRM experience a plus)
• provide key reporting metrics and analysis on sales performance, booking analytics and forecast trends
• create All Hands data and support on the presentation of the data 
• manage the territory / segmentation 
• plan, design and report commission and compensation management 
• act as an intermediary between sales and key business partners internally (finance, marketing, customer success)
• proactively monitor and maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts

 

Qualifications What you bring to the table 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel and another data analytics tools
• Motivated self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and organizational skills
• Experience in HubSpot / Salesforce CRM and use of reporting tools, such as Tableau / PowerBi (or another) an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention-to-detail and strong follow-up skills
• Languages:  English (mandatory) + German (optional)
