For our Client, international organization, we are looking for:

Senior Payroll Specialist with English (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll requests;
• Payroll reporting;
• Maintain payroll information;
• Tax and deduction setups;
• Provide clarification of payroll policies and procedures;
• Manage assigned part of the process;
• Update all required process documentation within agreed timeframes;
• Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams;
• Team workload monitoring and prioritizing;
• Ongoing cooperation with other departments and units of the organization.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in the field of payroll;
• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1);
• Good knowledge of MS Office package;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an asset.
