Senior Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Writing consumer products instruction manuals for the world’s biggest e-commerce retailer
• Support Quality Control Team with quality control activities when needed
• Work closely with Coordination Team to achieve project profitability target
• Work in ad-hoc project support and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a technical writer
• University degree in Translation, Technical Writing, Technical Studies, Communication, Technical Journalism or related fields
• Excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation (U.S. English a plus)
• Ability to explain how do things work in a clear and simple way
• Detail-minded and proactive in doing research
• Logical thinking and analytical mind is must
• Highly organised with good coordination skills
• Experience in using Adobe Suite (INDD and AI) will be an advantage
• Experience with EN, IEC and/or UL safety standards will be an advantage
• Experience with XML documentation is desirable and will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
