SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH ITALIAN   An international company providing IT services is looking for candidates with knowledge of ITALIAN for the position of SUPPORT ENGINEER. FULL-TIME JOB / REMOTELY! Apply!   YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - solving problems reported by users by phone, e-mail or other communication channels; - saving, describing, managing incoming reports in the system; - co-creation of a knowledge base on emerging faults and ways to solve them; - daily basis cooperation with teams in other locations.   OUR REQUIREMENTS: - excelent command of Italian; - good command of English (B1); - getting along well with people; - positive attitude and a desire for self-improvement. !
