You will work as part of a virtual team with colleagues located in Wroclaw and Ireland. You will be part of a team delivering leasing documentation to our Global Accounts segments within HPE FS.   Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:
• Fluency in English and a second European Language; German, Italian and French preferred
• A third level qualification in a business related field and / or accounts receivable/customer service experience
• Previous experience working for a multinational a benefit
• Leasing background preferred but not required

Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Languages: English and Second European language a requirement
• Knowledge of local market a plus
• Collection skills and/or Customer Service Skills:
• Super customer service attitude. Responsiveness and ownership of customer queries
• Target oriented and business acumen
• PC skill: MS particularly experience in Excel: Pivot, statement preparation, Macro
• Negotiation skills
• Telephone skills
• Ability to track and complete collections management activities
• Prioritization / Organizational skills
• Good communication and written skills
• Good time management
• Ability to work on own and within a team;
• Interpersonal skills
