English Native Speaker

For international company located in the center of Lodz we are urgently seeking native English speakers to join Customer Service Department.

Place of work: Lodz

Main responsibilities:

• providing professional customer support by phone, e-mail, chat.
• putting data into computer system;
• resolving customers queries and discrepancies on their accounts;
• only 1 shift: Monday-Friday in standard office hours.

Wymagania:

• fluent English is a must;
• previous experience in customer service would be an advantage but is not a must;
• very good interpersonal skills
• positive attitude;
