Your new company - Shared Service Centre in Poznań - we are currently looking for HR Administrator with advanced Dutch and English to join a team of professionals.
Your new role will be responsible for contact with client – providing contact support and resolving basic problems in first contact and holding it until case is resolved. Moreover future employee would be responsible for educating colleagues on company practices and tools, providing accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR process, system and policy requests.
What you'll need to succeed is at least bachelor’s degree (BA) in HR or related field, 1+ year(s) customer service experience in HR. Strong language skills are also compulsory – future employee must communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Working on this position requires strong communication and time management skills.
