Payments Specialist with French, Spanish or German

Place: Krakow

The role: If you are passionate about finance markets and stock exchange, this is a big opportunity for you to gain professional experience in this area. Background on a similar position is not required – all you need is motivation to learn. The company offers full trainee for people who would like to develop in finance and work in an international environment with clients from all over the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• support to the clients in finance area via phone, email and social media,
• answering queries about the products offered,
• managing client payment systems,
• verifying clients documentation,
• administration of clients’ activity.

Key requirements:

• fluency in English (C1 level),
• fluency in French, Spanish or German (C1 level),
• willing to work in finance area, good communication skills,
• strong analytical approach,
• Bachelor or Master degree.
