Application Administrator

Job description

• Involvement in a project of introducing new application.
• Setup an application together with Vendor.
• Cooperate with Infrastructure and demand team to install required components
• Plan and coordinate changes, upgrades and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
• Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests
• Incidents and problems management
• Participate in projects and long-term activities
• Detailed root-cause analysis with mitigation actions.

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Practical knowledge of Linux systems
• Basic knowlage of Jboss / Apache httpd / MQ
• High experience with Bash or/and Python scripting
• Knowledge of Oracle database engines as an application administrator
• Well understanding of servers, network and storage architecture
• Ability to work in team projects
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Full-time availability
