Bilingual Verifications Specialist

We are currently looking for people for the position of Verifications Specialist with one of the following language pairs: English/Polish, English/German, English/French, English/Romanian, and English/Hungarian - full-time.

It is possible to work with German and French part-time.

As a Verifications Specialist, you will conduct reference interviews, employment verifications, and education verifications on behalf of our clients.

This is what you’ll do:

• Completing work for our biggest profile clients

• Examine and cross-reference CVs and consent forms

• Contact companies and educational institutions to verify the claims of candidates

• Contact clients and candidates for missing information

• Write accurate reports, flagging any discrepancies

• Quality check files to ensure the client’s specific standards are met

• Deal with client questions and concerns in a timely manner
