One of the biggest call centers in Greece, located in Athens, providing its services in 40 languages & dialects, is recruiting employees speaking any (at least 1) of the following languages:

 

Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, French, Gaelic, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Finnish, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu

Dialects include: Cypriot, Flemish, North African, French, Latin American Spanish

What you need to know before applying

  • The new hire training and the internal communication within the company is in English, so speaking English at a communicative level is a must.
  • There are multiple projects you may work for, some of them offer the possibility to work from home (from any place in Greece). At some project it is necessary to work from the office (Athens) and there are those where the decision of a workplace is yours. Don’t forget to declare your preferences during your interview.
  • Different projects support different channels. Apart from the standards phone channel, you may be introduced to email and social media channels or certain back-office tasks. Details during the interview.
  • You are not just an employee!
    • HR department is there to help you solve your issues or refer you to appropriate institution with any query related to your new life in Greece. Just ask.
    • Moreover, the company will pay for your flight ticket to Greece and your stay at a hotel for the first 2 weeks in Greece.

  • You need to be a native speaker of one of the following languages:

  • Quite good general computer skills including the basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are also necessary.
  • We need this because you are going to work with the computer on daily basis.
  • Knowledge of English language, both written & oral
  • It’s because the training is in English and your supervisor may not be your native language speaker.
  • Communication skills, both written & oral, customer orientation
  • You are going to be the voice of a certain company for its customers. Think about those customers as your own. Can you make them satisfied at the end of the interaction with you?  

 

Don’t worry about the tools we use – we will teach you everything on the training.

Responsibilities depend on the project.

In general, your task is to manage customer queries via phone calls, emails or social media.
