The Job Role 

We are recruiting qualified Chef de Partie for our teams at prestigious Hotels & Resorts in the Netherlands - various locations available - Accommodation included! 

As Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, promoting and ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking and safety and hygiene practices. 

You will work side by side with a team of dedicated chefs to ensure all of our guests have a memorable culinary experience! If you are passionate about the world of cooking, demanding and looking to exceed expectations, this offer is for you! 

  

The process 

We recruit and make contracts remotely so you can prepare your journey safely. 

We accompany you through the entire process, from submitting your application to your first day of work. 

  

Main responsibilities 

Prepare and prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards 

Check and guarantee the quality of ingredients and dishes 

Collaborate with the kitchen team to promote an efficient and simplified work environment 

Participate in creating menus and suggesting new dishes 

Keep the kitchen clean and organized 

  

What do we expect from you? 

One or more years of experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a kitchen environment 

Training in cooking/gastronomy (a bonus but not mandatory) 

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and best practices 

Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations 

Enthusiasm in the kitchen and attention to detail 

Good communication skills 

Flexibility and resilience in high volume and stressful environments
