Customer Service with German in Gdańsk - Obsługa Klienta

We are recruiting on behalf of our client – one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation services. The company operates in many European markets, including Poland. The contract will be signed directly with the Polish employer.

Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting customers with their bookings.Job responsibilities
• Handling customer inquiries regarding bookings (via email and phone) Modifying reservations, resolving complaints

Employment conditions:

Type of contract: employment contract (umowa o pracę)Salary: 49 zł /hWork schedule: part-time, ¾-time, or full-timeWork mode: on-site in GdańskWorking hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)Approx. 2 working weekends per month
