FutureSight is a design studio and digital marketing agency that is part of a rapidly growing digital group, collaborating with around 130 experts worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our friendly team!

Who we are looking for - The role

As a Full Stack Developer at FutureSight, you will work collaboratively with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. We are looking for someone with a proactive "Let's roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude. The ideal candidate should demonstrate energy, passion, and a "can-do" attitude, along with excellent engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications

- Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces

- Integrate UI components with APIs and databases

- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design

- Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations

- Implement and maintain database structures and queries

- Ensure the security and integrity of the full stack systems

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

- Provide support to other members of the production team

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack web development

- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a server-side programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)

- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Familiarity with back-end frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, or Express.js

- Proficiency in database systems, both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

- Understanding of API design and development, including RESTful principles

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker

- Working knowledge of SEO principles

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Knowledge of AI tools, Blockchain, Web3

Nice To Have

- Proficiency in the Polish language for effective communication

- Previous experience in mentoring
