Are you ready to lead and grow a thriving e-commerce and B2C business in the beauty industry? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to take charge of our online sales channels and professional client relationships. This is a key role based in Kraków, designed for someone who understands how to scale operations, manage product data, and drive commercial growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and expand our e-commerce operations (Allegro, Shopify, other marketplaces)
• Oversee product catalog management, stock levels, and pricing strategies
• Develop and execute strategies for the B2C sector online
• Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Use performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Build and maintain partnerships with key beauty professionals and industry contacts

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in e-commerce management and marketplace sales
• Strong knowledge of product information management and stock coordination
• Previous experience in the beauty sector is a big plus
• Experience working with Baselinker is a big benefit too
• A proactive, commercially minded person who can drive results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in both English and Polish
