Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and process design work including general arrangement drawings, conceptual models, and layout drawings.
• Support sales and operations by reviewing technical specifications, handling complaints, and conducting root cause analyses.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on the shop floor and during customer visits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Evaluate and support new supplier development and production localisation.
• Contribute to capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in rotating equipment, mineral processing systems, and structural fabrications.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX or Solidworks and other 3D CAD tools
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
