Job Details:Payment is based on the kilograms of mushrooms picked, not by the hour.

Work starts daily at 07:00 (only one shift).

Work hours vary: sometimes 8 hours, sometimes 12 or more depending on the harvest. Around 4 days off per month.

✅ From Month 3 onward: +20% monthly bonus

✅ Loyalty bonus: Every 6 months, an extra 10% bonus on total earnings!
