RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (MAILY FROM SOUTH-EAST AND CENTRAL ASIA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment and selection of candidates mainly from South-East and Central Asia
• Creating and publishing advertisements in English
• Maintaining a database of candidates
• Support of the Project Manager in the process of implementing new employees
• Marketing activities in company social media
• Other administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
• Computer skills, social media and office equipment
• Ability to cooperate with people
• Perfect work organization, availability
• Pro-active attitude and commitment
• Creativity
