Szefowie kuchni – praca w Szwecji (2071) - Ven Island

Location: Ven Island, Stockholm Archipelago, Sweden.

Job description:

• We are currently offering jobs for chefs looking for work in Sweden, Ven Island, Stockholm Archipelago;

• We are looking for 3 kitchen professionals:

Lunch and service chef – 1 position
• Preparation of lunch and dinner shifts;
• Production of “Fish & Chips”, burgers, salads and other dishes;
• Work at the grill, frying pan and deep fryer;
• Compliance with recipes, hygiene and quality standards.
• Work from June - September 28th

À la Carte chef – 1 position
• Independent work during evening service;
• Preparation of meat and fish dishes;
• Responsibility for the quality and presentation of dishes;
• Work at an intensive pace during the season.
• Work from June - September 28th

Kitchen chef – 1 position
• Work in the kitchen according to the à la carte menu;
• Preparation of dishes according to recipes;
• Teamwork at an intense pace;
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Work from June - August/September.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a chef in the kitchen;
• à la carte experience is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Knowledge of English;
• Responsibility and ability to work at an intensive pace.

We offer:

• Long-term chef work in Sweden (based on individual activity);
• Salary – 21-24.5 €/hour (gross) (depending on experience and position);
• Number of working hours – 30-50 hours/week, overtime possible;
• Salary is paid monthly;
• Travel expenses to Sweden are covered;
• Accommodation is provided free of charge;
• Taxes according to the Swedish self-employment model (average 37%);
• Assistance in processing all documents for individual Swedish activity;
