We will employ a person with Arabic language skills for the position:

Telephone patient advisor

 

Your responsibilities:

* Remote patient service: telephone, e-mail.

* Assisting the patient with needed information.

* Partnership approach.

* Making outgoing calls to patients interested in the company's services (warm base).

* Answering incoming calls from patients interested in the company's services.

* Customer service in accordance with company standards.

* Sales of services.

* Initial analysis of medical records.

* Taking care of the positive image of the company.

* Highly developed communication skills.

* Ability to plan and effectively manage work time.

* Meticulousness and punctuality in performing assigned tasks.

* Understanding and cultivating work ethic.

* Having good diction.

* Those who like contact with people

* Confident and responsible for the assigned duties

* Ambitious and committed to work

* Knowledge of spoken and written Arabic (required)

* Having experience in customer service will be an additional advantage
